⚠ IMPORTANT: In case of discrepancy between the French and English versions of these rules, the English version shall prevail. These rules are exclusively governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Article 1 — Organisation
La société LLC BRM AGENCY (ci-après « l'Organisatrice »), dont le siège social est situé à Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, Émirats Arabes Unis, immatriculée sous le numéro de formation 2115727, organise une opération promotionnelle intitulée :
« MAYBE PARIS — CONCOURS MOIS DE LA FEMME »
Période : du 1er mars 2026 à 00h00 au 31 mars 2026 à 23h59 (heure de Paris), ci-après le « Jeu ».
Article 2 — Conditions de participation
Le Jeu est ouvert à toute personne physique majeure (18 ans révolus à la date d'ouverture du Jeu) résidant dans l'un des pays suivants : France, Belgique, Suisse, Algérie, Maroc, Tunisie.
Sont exclues de la participation :
- les membres du personnel de l'Organisatrice et de ses prestataires ;
- toute personne ayant directement ou indirectement participé à la conception, la réalisation ou la gestion du Jeu ;
- les conjoint(e)s, ascendants, descendants et membres du foyer des personnes susmentionnées.
L'Organisatrice se réserve le droit de demander tout justificatif d'identité, d'âge et de résidence. Tout refus de justifier entraînera l'exclusion immédiate.
La participation implique l'acceptation entière et sans réserve du présent règlement, y compris la clause attributive de compétence au profit des juridictions émiraties (Article 15).
Article 3 — Modalités de participation
3.1 Mécanique
Pour toute commande validée et payée sur le site https://www.maybe-paris.co/ pendant la durée du Jeu, le participant obtient une (1) participation au tirage au sort.
Bonus dimanche : chaque dimanche (heure de Paris) pendant la période du Jeu, toute commande éligible d'un montant égal ou supérieur à 100 € TTC effectivement payé (après remises, hors frais de livraison) donne droit à 5 participations supplémentaires, soit 6 participations au total pour cette commande.
Le bonus dimanche est calculé commande par commande et ne s'applique pas au cumul de plusieurs commandes.
3.2 Conditions de validité
Seules les commandes remplissant toutes les conditions suivantes sont prises en compte :
- validées et payées pendant la période du Jeu ;
- non annulées et non intégralement remboursées avant le tirage au sort ;
- conformes au présent règlement.
En cas de remboursement, retour ou annulation faisant passer le montant payé sous le seuil de 100 € TTC, le bénéfice des 5 participations supplémentaires sera retiré.
Article 4 — Lot
Le lot principal du Jeu est :
Un (1) véhicule BMW Série 1
Valeur indicative : environ 30 700 € HT (trente mille sept cents euros hors taxes). Cette valeur est communiquée à titre purement indicatif au moment de la rédaction du présent règlement et ne constitue en aucun cas un engagement contractuel de l'Organisatrice quant à la valeur finale du véhicule effectivement remis.
Le modèle exact, la version, la finition, la motorisation, la couleur et les options seront déterminés à la seule discrétion de l'Organisatrice et/ou de son prestataire, selon disponibilités et contraintes logistiques.
Article 5 — Charges, taxes et frais à la charge du gagnant
Le Lot est attribué à titre gracieux. Cependant, tous les frais, taxes, impôts et charges liés au Lot, à sa réception, son utilisation ou sa détention sont à la charge exclusive et intégrale de la personne gagnante, sans limitation, notamment :
- impôt sur le revenu ou taxe sur les gains liés à la réception du Lot, selon la législation fiscale applicable dans le pays de résidence de la personne gagnante ;
- TVA, droits de douane, frais d'importation/exportation ;
- immatriculation, carte grise, certificat de conformité ;
- assurance, contrôle technique ;
- malus écologique ou toute taxe environnementale ;
- frais de transport du véhicule hors France métropolitaine ;
- frais d'homologation dans le pays de résidence ;
- entretien, consommables, stationnement, et tout frais ultérieur lié à l'usage du véhicule.
La personne gagnante reconnaît expressément avoir été informée de ces charges et les accepte sans réserve. L'Organisatrice décline toute responsabilité relative à l'impact fiscal de l'attribution du Lot.
Article 6 — Désignation et notification du gagnant
La personne gagnante sera désignée par tirage au sort le 15 avril 2026 parmi l'ensemble des participations éligibles. Trois (3) suppléant(e)s seront également désigné(e)s.
La personne gagnante sera contactée en privé par email et/ou téléphone dans un délai de 5 jours ouvrés suivant le tirage. Elle disposera d'un délai de 10 jours calendaires pour répondre.
À défaut de réponse dans ce délai, ou en cas de non-conformité, la personne gagnante sera réputée avoir renoncé au Lot, sans indemnité, et le Lot sera attribué à une suppléante.
Article 7 — Remise du lot
Le Lot sera remis en France métropolitaine selon les modalités définies par l'Organisatrice, dans un délai maximum de 180 jours calendaires à compter de la validation du dossier de la personne gagnante.
Si la personne gagnante réside hors de France métropolitaine, il lui appartiendra d'organiser, à ses frais et sous sa seule responsabilité, tout transport, formalité administrative, immatriculation, assurance, exportation, importation et démarche nécessaire.
Le Lot est strictement nominatif, non cessible, non transmissible, non échangeable et non remboursable. Il ne pourra en aucun cas donner lieu à un versement en espèces, un échange ou une compensation.
Article 8 — Vérification d'identité et d'éligibilité
Avant toute remise du Lot, l'Organisatrice procédera à la vérification de l'identité, de la majorité, du pays de résidence et de la conformité de la commande. La personne gagnante devra fournir sous 10 jours : pièce d'identité, justificatif de domicile, et tout autre document requis.
En cas de fraude, fausse déclaration, non-conformité ou refus de fournir les justificatifs, le Lot sera perdu sans indemnité et attribué à une suppléante.
Article 9 — Données personnelles
Les données collectées dans le cadre du Jeu sont traitées par l'Organisatrice exclusivement pour les finalités suivantes : gestion des participations, vérification de l'éligibilité, tirage au sort, contact du gagnant, attribution du Lot, et gestion des réclamations.
Les données sont traitées conformément à la législation applicable aux Émirats Arabes Unis en matière de protection des données personnelles, ainsi qu'aux réglementations locales applicables dans le pays de résidence des participants, dans la mesure où celles-ci s'imposent à l'Organisatrice.
Tout participant peut exercer ses droits d'accès, de rectification et de suppression en écrivant à : LLC BRM AGENCY, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE.
Publication de l'identité : L'identité de la personne gagnante ne sera publiée qu'avec son accord préalable écrit. Le cas échéant, seuls le prénom et l'initiale du nom pourront être communiqués.
Article 10 — Limitation de responsabilité
L'Organisatrice ne saurait être tenue responsable, directement ou indirectement, en cas de :
- force majeure, fait d'un tiers, cas fortuit ou événement hors de son contrôle ;
- dysfonctionnement technique du site, du réseau Internet, des serveurs ou de tout système informatique ;
- interruption, suspension ou indisponibilité du site, quelle qu'en soit la cause ;
- erreur, omission ou inexactitude dans les informations communiquées par les participants ;
- tout dommage direct, indirect, consécutif, spécial, punitif ou accessoire lié à la participation au Jeu ou à l'attribution du Lot ;
- tout accident, blessure, dommage matériel ou immatériel survenant lors ou après la remise du Lot ;
- tout différend entre le gagnant et un tiers (concessionnaire, assureur, administration, etc.) ;
- toute conséquence fiscale liée à la réception ou à la détention du Lot ;
- tout vice caché, défaut ou non-conformité du véhicule, le gagnant devant exercer les garanties légales et contractuelles directement auprès du constructeur ou du concessionnaire ;
- tout retard, perte ou défaut de réception de communication (email, SMS, appels).
EN TOUT ÉTAT DE CAUSE, LA RESPONSABILITÉ MAXIMALE CUMULÉE DE L'ORGANISATRICE AU TITRE DU PRÉSENT JEU EST STRICTEMENT LIMITÉE À LA VALEUR HT DU LOT TEL QUE MENTIONNÉ À L'ARTICLE 4. CETTE LIMITATION S'APPLIQUE À TOUTES LES RÉCLAMATIONS, TOUS FONDEMENTS JURIDIQUES CONFONDUS.
Article 11 — Modification, suspension et annulation
L'Organisatrice se réserve le droit, à tout moment et à sa seule discrétion, de :
- prolonger, écourter, suspendre ou annuler le Jeu ;
- modifier tout ou partie du présent règlement, y compris la nature et la valeur du Lot ;
- exclure tout participant sans justification.
Ces décisions ne donneront lieu à aucune indemnité, compensation, remboursement ou réclamation de quelque nature que ce soit.
Toute modification sera publiée sur la page du règlement. La poursuite de la participation après modification vaut acceptation des nouvelles conditions.
Article 12 — Propriété intellectuelle
Tous les éléments du Jeu (textes, visuels, logo, marque MAYBE PARIS) sont la propriété exclusive de l'Organisatrice. Toute reproduction, utilisation ou exploitation non autorisée constitue une contrefaçon.
Article 13 — Convention de preuve
Les systèmes et fichiers informatiques de l'Organisatrice font foi. Ils sont considérés comme des preuves recevables, valables et opposables entre les parties, au même titre que tout document écrit.
Article 14 — Accès au règlement

Il peut également être adressé gratuitement sur demande écrite à l'Organisatrice.
Article 15 — Droit applicable et litiges
Le présent règlement est régi exclusivement par le droit des Émirats Arabes Unis.
Tout différend, litige ou réclamation relatif au présent Jeu sera soumis à un arbitrage définitif et obligatoire administré par le Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem), conformément à son règlement en vigueur. L'arbitrage sera conduit en langue anglaise, par un arbitre unique désigné conformément audit règlement, et le siège de l'arbitrage sera Sharjah, Émirats Arabes Unis.
La sentence arbitrale sera définitive et obligatoire pour les parties. Les parties renoncent expressément à tout recours en annulation ou en appel de la sentence, dans les limites autorisées par la loi.
Les participants renoncent expressément à tout droit de participer à une action de groupe (class action) ou à toute procédure collective contre l'Organisatrice en lien avec le Jeu.
Prescription : Toute réclamation relative au Jeu devra être formulée dans un délai maximum de trente (30) jours calendaires à compter de la date de clôture du Jeu. Passé ce délai, aucune réclamation ne sera recevable.
Article 16 — Renonciation et indépendance des clauses
Le fait pour l'Organisatrice de ne pas exercer un droit prévu au présent règlement ne constitue pas une renonciation à ce droit.
Si une clause du présent règlement est déclarée nulle, invalide ou inapplicable, les autres clauses restent en vigueur et produisent leurs pleins effets.
Official Contest Rules — English Version (Governing)
Article 1 — Organizer
LLC BRM AGENCY (hereinafter the "Organizer"), registered at Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates, under formation number 2115727, organizes a promotional operation entitled:
"MAYBE PARIS — WOMEN'S MONTH CONTEST"
Period: From March 1, 2026 at 00:00 to March 31, 2026 at 23:59 (Paris time), hereinafter the "Contest."
This Contest constitutes a promotional operation organized under UAE law. It does not constitute a lottery under any national legislation. The Organizer acts as a UAE-incorporated entity from its headquarters in the United Arab Emirates.
Article 2 — Eligibility
The Contest is open to any individual who is at least 18 years of age at the opening date of the Contest and who resides in one of the following countries: France, Belgium, Switzerland, Algeria, Morocco, Tunisia.
The following are excluded: employees of the Organizer and its service providers; any person who directly or indirectly participated in the design, implementation, or management of the Contest; and their spouses, ascendants, descendants, and household members.
The Organizer reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, and residence. Any refusal shall result in immediate exclusion.
Participation implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Rules, including the arbitration clause (Article 15).
Article 3 — How to Enter
3.1 Mechanics
For each validated and paid order placed on https://www.maybe-paris.co/ during the Contest period, the participant receives one (1) entry into the draw.
Sunday Bonus: Each Sunday (Paris time) during the Contest period, any eligible order with a total paid amount equal to or exceeding €100 including tax (after discounts, excluding shipping fees) grants 5 additional entries, for a total of 6 entries per qualifying order.
The Sunday bonus is calculated on a per-order basis and does not apply to cumulative orders.
3.2 Validity Conditions
Only orders meeting all of the following conditions shall be considered:
- validated and paid during the Contest period;
- not cancelled and not fully refunded before the draw;
- in compliance with these Rules.
The Organizer reserves the absolute discretionary right to disqualify any participant suspected of fraud, abuse, or manipulation, without obligation to justify and without any recourse.
Article 4 — Prize
The main prize of the Contest is:
One (1) BMW 1 Series vehicle
Indicative value: Approximately €30,700 excluding tax (thirty thousand seven hundred euros, VAT excluded). This value is provided for informational purposes only as of the date of drafting of these Rules and does not constitute a contractual commitment by the Organizer as to the final value of the vehicle actually delivered.
The exact model, version, trim, engine, color, and options shall be determined at the sole discretion of the Organizer and/or its service provider, subject to availability and logistical constraints.
Article 5 — Taxes, Fees, and Charges Borne by the Winner
The Prize is awarded free of charge. However, all fees, taxes, duties, and charges related to the Prize, its receipt, use, or ownership are the sole and exclusive responsibility of the winner, including but not limited to:
- income tax or prize tax applicable under the winner's country of residence;
- VAT, customs duties, import/export fees;
- vehicle registration, certificate of conformity;
- insurance, technical inspection;
- environmental penalty or any environmental tax;
- vehicle transport costs outside metropolitan France;
- homologation fees in the country of residence;
- maintenance, consumables, parking, and any subsequent usage costs.
The winner expressly acknowledges having been informed of these charges and accepts them without reservation. The Organizer disclaims any liability regarding the tax impact of receiving the Prize.
Article 6 — Winner Selection and Notification
The winner shall be selected by random draw on April 15, 2026, from all eligible entries. Three (3) alternates shall also be selected.
The winner shall be contacted privately by email and/or telephone within 5 business days of the draw. The winner must respond within 10 calendar days.
Failure to respond within this period, or any non-compliance, shall result in forfeiture of the Prize without compensation, and the Prize shall be awarded to an alternate.
Article 7 — Prize Delivery
The Prize shall be delivered in metropolitan France according to arrangements determined by the Organizer, within a maximum of 180 calendar days following validation of the winner's file.
If the winner resides outside metropolitan France, it shall be the winner's sole responsibility and expense to arrange all transport, administrative formalities, registration, insurance, export, import, and any necessary procedures.
The Prize is strictly personal, non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable. Under no circumstances shall it give rise to any cash payment, exchange, or compensation.
Article 8 — Identity and Eligibility Verification
Prior to any Prize delivery, the Organizer shall verify the winner's identity, age, country of residence, and order compliance. The winner must provide within 10 days: valid identification, proof of address, and any other required document.
In the event of fraud, misrepresentation, non-compliance, or refusal to provide supporting documents, the Prize shall be forfeited without compensation and awarded to an alternate.
Article 9 — Personal Data
Data collected in connection with the Contest is processed by the Organizer solely for the following purposes: participation management, eligibility verification, draw, winner notification, Prize delivery, and claims management.
Data is processed in accordance with applicable UAE data protection legislation, as well as local regulations applicable in the participant's country of residence, to the extent such regulations are binding on the Organizer.
Any participant may exercise rights of access, rectification, and deletion by writing to: LLC BRM AGENCY, Sharjah Media City, Sharjah, UAE.
Publication of identity: The winner's identity shall only be published with prior written consent. If applicable, only the first name and initial of the last name may be communicated.
Article 10 — Limitation of Liability
The Organizer shall not be held liable, directly or indirectly, in the event of:
- force majeure, act of a third party, fortuitous event, or any event beyond its control;
- technical malfunction of the website, Internet network, servers, or any IT system;
- interruption, suspension, or unavailability of the website, regardless of cause;
- error, omission, or inaccuracy in information provided by participants;
- any direct, indirect, consequential, special, punitive, or incidental damages related to participation in the Contest or Prize delivery;
- any accident, injury, material or immaterial damage occurring during or after Prize delivery;
- any dispute between the winner and a third party (dealer, insurer, administration, etc.);
- any tax consequence related to receipt or ownership of the Prize;
- any hidden defect, flaw, or non-conformity of the vehicle — the winner must exercise legal and contractual warranties directly with the manufacturer or dealer;
- any delay, loss, or failure in receipt of communications (email, SMS, calls).
IN ANY EVENT, THE MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE ORGANIZER UNDER THIS CONTEST IS STRICTLY LIMITED TO THE EXCLUDING-TAX VALUE OF THE PRIZE AS STATED IN ARTICLE 4. THIS LIMITATION APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS, REGARDLESS OF LEGAL BASIS.
Article 11 — Modification, Suspension, and Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right, at any time and at its sole discretion, to:
- extend, shorten, suspend, or cancel the Contest;
- modify all or part of these Rules, including the nature and value of the Prize;
- exclude any participant without justification.
Such decisions shall not give rise to any compensation, reimbursement, or claim of any kind.
Any modification shall be published on the Rules page. Continued participation after modification constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Article 12 — Intellectual Property
All Contest elements (texts, visuals, logo, MAYBE PARIS brand) are the exclusive property of the Organizer. Any unauthorized reproduction, use, or exploitation constitutes infringement.
Article 13 — Evidence
The Organizer's computer systems and records shall constitute admissible, valid, and binding evidence between the parties, equivalent to any written document.

Article 15 — Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Rules are exclusively governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to this Contest shall be submitted to final and binding arbitration administered by the Sharjah International Commercial Arbitration Centre (Tahkeem), in accordance with its rules then in force. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, by a sole arbitrator appointed in accordance with said rules, and the seat of arbitration shall be Sharjah, United Arab Emirates.
The arbitral award shall be final and binding on the parties. The parties expressly waive any right of appeal or annulment to the extent permitted by law.
Participants expressly waive any right to participate in a class action or any collective proceeding against the Organizer in connection with this Contest.
Limitation period: Any claim relating to the Contest must be submitted within a maximum of thirty (30) calendar days from the closing date of the Contest. After this period, no claim shall be admissible.
Article 16 — Waiver and Severability
The Organizer's failure to exercise any right under these Rules shall not constitute a waiver of such right.
If any provision of these Rules is found to be null, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
